Glass is one of the most expensive products to ship. Not only is it fragile but it is also heavy. We have shopped around to provide competitive rates on shipping. The majority of our products are shipped through private couriers in order to ensure the safety of our Aroma Bottles amber glass products and the shipping cost is from AU$12.00 within Australia and AU$16.95 to New Zealand, varying in price depending on the total weight of your order. If you live in a remote area or one our courier companies does not deliver to you, you will likely receive your purchased products via Australia Post.

As standard, we authorise courier to leave your parcel without signature. Please contact us immediately after placing your order, if you wish to remove the authority to leave and would like to sign for your products only. 

If you are required to sign for your purchase upon delivery, if at work during the day, it may be easier to provide your employment address for delivery. If you are not home, the courier company will leave a card and you can arrange for them to deliver when it suits you. If you are still not home upon the second delivery you will need to pick up your package from a central depot location.

Unfortunately at this time, our courier company is unable to delivery to PO or Parcel boxes. We apologise for this inconvenience.

If You wish to choose to ship via Australia Post...

• Aroma Bottles ships all deliveries via couriers. Our agreement with our courier company allows us to pass on the lowest available shipping costs to our customers. 
• Couriers are unable to deliver to PO or Parcel Boxes. In remote areas they will pass the job onto local courier companies to complete the run which may create a delivery delay. 
• For customers needing their purchase to be shipped via Australia Post (ie. P.O or Parcel Boxes, Closed communities, Remote or rural areas) please contact us upon purchase and we will get you a quote. 
• If Australia Post sending is requested, the customer is required to pay the full cost of shipping via Aust. Post. 

Delivery timeframe estimates (unless otherwise advised):

1-7 business days within Australia & 4-6 business days to New Zealand.

Delivery is from Sydney, if your parcel is being delivered to a regional/ remote location please allow a few extra days.

Pick up

Aroma Bottles provide a free pick up service on the Northern Beaches in order to save you shipping costs. It is your responsibility to pick up your order within one week of purchase. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with collection address and instructions on collecting your products. Orders left longer than a week will be re-packed into new orders and an alternate pick up time will have to be re-negotiated and your order re-processed.  

You are also welcome to arrange your own courier company to pick up your order if this suits. We require payment to be cleared before any items are picked up. We do not take cash payments on pick up. Once your order is confirmed, we will email you with pickup address and arrange best day and time.

If you are ordering bulk stock (over 8kg in delivery weight), please contact us to organise the most competitive shipping rate available for your individual needs.

Orders will generally be processed within 3 business days however, during busy times, such as sales,  processing may take a little longer.
