If you are looking for a natural Father’s Day gift this year….. and want to make something with love that can be used and enjoyed regularly we’ve got you covered. 

This natural foaming shaving cream is so smooth and lathery! We have added some peppermint and myrtle for their fresh and calming properties and a little cedar for a masculine touch. 

You will need:

• 1/4 cup Distilled Water
• 1/4 cup Castile Soap
• 1/4 cup Aloe Vera
• 1 Tbsp of Coconut or Almond Oil
• 1 full dropper of Vitamin E (acts as a preservative)
• 5 drops pure Peppermint Essential Oil
• 3 drops pure Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil
• 4 drops pure Cedar Wood Essential Oil

How to:

1. Add the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined. 
2. Make sure that the aloe has completely dissolved before tipping your mix into a foaming soap dispenser. 
3. Shake before using as the weight of the aloe can cause the mixture to separate when sitting. 
4. This recipe creates highly aerated foam and so foams slightly differently to a soap, the foam bubbles are larger and then when you lather the mixture it becomes creamy. 
5. We have used our 175ml amber glass foamer however, this mix is quite thick and we would recommend choosing a foamer with a larger dip tube such as our 375ml PET foaming bottle for continual use.
